Refund policy

All Sales Final — Limited First Edition
Because each U.S. Adventure Map is handmade, hand-numbered, and part of a limited run of 100, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email photos of the product and packaging to support@calscountrywoods.com.

• We’ll either repair or replace your item at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. After that point, cancellations are not possible.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
